Nejmar believes Lionel Messi is a shoo-in for the 2015 Ballon d'Or award after his superb season for Barcelona.
After reportedly falling out with coach Luis Enrique midway through the season, the Argentine superstar returned to top form after Christmas, pulling the strings for the Catalan side.
Messi guided Barça to a historic treble, playing a starring role in the league and pulling the strings as they overcame Juventus in the Champions League final.
And Neymar says that his team-mate is now the favourite for the Ballon d'Or after finishing second to Cristiano Ronaldo in 2013 and 2014.

"Based on the season we just had, the Ballon d'Or winner is Messi. That's how I see it.Neymar is likely to be in the mix himself after a fine campaign, but says even making the podium would be an achievement so early in his career.
"It would be a huge honour being in the top three," he added.
"It's good to get a taste (of the glory)... being in the top three is already something!
